The inaugural Quality Month took place in April 2019. The committee organized various activities on a group level anchored on the theme of zero quality escape, reiterating the understanding of take nothing for granted and leave nothing to chance.

On 1^st April 2019, after months of planning, everyone in OMS congregated together to participate in the launch of the Quality Month.  Further to that, with the following objectives of

– Increasing awareness of creating Qstop and

– Creating responsibility and mindset that “Quality comes from the process owner”,

different activities such as quizzes, video competition and quality hazard hunt were organized in the respective locations.
